Description

Description

The FGS family of goniometer stages provides angular tip and/or tilt motion about a pivot point above the stage. The two models are easily combined into a tip/tilt assembly with motion about a common pivot point. Each FG stages utilizes and HR4 motor and precision crossed roller bearings with an optical position sensor. Stages can be used independently or in pairs, along with combining to other linear or rotary stages.
