Nanomotion’s High speed beam steering module: capable of moving a 50mm diameter mirror, or other optical devices. This steering module provides 8° total travel and operates at 3Hz over ±1°.
This module uses an absolute encoder with 0.09µrad resolution and 14µrad positional accuracy. Operational temperature rating from
-40°C to 80°C.
