Job Description

• Define test specifications, acceptance criteria, limits, and control methods based on product and quality requirements.
• Support design, validation, and release of new test fixtures, jigs, and automated test systems.
• Function as the technical owner for new production testing requirements.
• Define, implement, and maintain preventive, predictive, and corrective maintenance activities for production and test equipment.
• Own maintenance plans, schedules, checklists, and work instructions.
• Monitor equipment performance, analyze downtime, and lead root cause analysis and corrective actions.
• Provide hands-on troubleshooting and engineering support to production lines.
• Own test-related documentation, change management (ECO), and version control.
• Support production ramp-up, yield improvement, and test stability activities.
• Drive continuous improvement initiatives for equipment reliability, test robustness, and maintenance efficiency.
• Collaborate closely with Production, Process Engineering, NPI, Quality, and external vendors.

Job Requirements

Education & Experience

• BSc in Mechanical, Electrical, Mechatronics Engineering, or related field.
• 3–5+ years of experience in testers design in a manufacturing environment, production, maintenance.

Technical Skills

• Experience defining maintenance methodologies (Preventive / Predictive Maintenance).
• Ability to define and document production testing requirements and specifications.
• Hands-on experience with production equipment and test systems.
• Strong troubleshooting and root cause analysis capabilities.
• Familiarity with ECO and change management processes.

Preferred Skills

• Experience in NPI and production ramp-up.
• Knowledge of quality tools such as FMEA, SPC, CAPA, and DOE.
• Experience working with automation, PLCs, sensors, or test software.
