R&D Jr. Mechanical Engineer

Job summary:

The Mechanical Engineer is responsible for designing precise motion systems in a complex, multi-disciplinary environment from preliminary concept, through requirements, design, cost, tests, final testing to production stage.

This position requires interfacing with all company functions such as other R&D functions, operations, quality and production.

Job Requirements:

  • B.Sc. in Mechanics-must, preferred Mechatronics
  • At least 2 years of proven experience in engineering within a multi-disciplinary company, preferred with orientation for production of ‘small and accurate parts’ based product
  • Experience in designing electro-mechanical / optical based products within a complex dynamic environment – an advantage
  • Experience in designingsub-assembly using Solid Works
  • Experience withERP-Priority is an advantage

Control Engineer

Reports to:SW & Control Team Leader, matrix to R&D Director

Job summary:

The Control Engineer is responsible for developing the next generation controllers for Nanomotion systems; developing algorithms, simulations, calibration of motion control systems in new products, provide customer support and support integration in production.

This position holder is also responsible for supporting bring up of prototypes along with production and to work closely with motion control related sub-contractors upon need.

Job Requirements:

  • B.Sc. Electrical Engineering, specializing in control – must (Along with relevant experience, B.Sc. in Mechanical Engineering will be considered).
  • At least 5 years of experience in developing motion control systems
  • Experience in writing SW applications for motion systems
  • Experience indevelopment,tuning and testing of servo systems
  • Knowledge in motion control, Laplace analysis, Bode analysis
  • High level familiarity with Matlaband Simulink
  • Familiarity with servo controllers
  • Proficiency in English
