Job description:
- Responsibility of safety at work area
- Work plan: part of building, execution (full success), closing the gaps & reporting.
- Prioritizing the work to the team.
- Leading daily meetings of production performances and closing gaps (production & planning).
- Responsible for material availability in the production lines.
- Responsibility of DL training: planning, cross-training, avoiding of OOK and tracking.
- DL Management (work schedule, transportation etc.
- Repeated reports: daily, weekly, monthly, quarterly, and yearly.
- Part of MRB team.
- Working with Lean methos: 5S, process improvements, reduce the yield-loss and continuing improvements.
- Team representative of turn-to-production.
- Working with Engineering, Maintenance, Planning, QA, R&D etc.
- Support Problem solving /Troubleshooting.
Requirements:
- Education as a Industrial engineering / mechanical / electronics – an advantage
- 2-4 years of experience leading a production team.
- Ability to motivate employees.
- Excellent interpersonal.
- Reading work instructions and drawings – mandatory
- Experience with working with computers and software such as: ERP – Priority, Excel.
- Technical English – Mandatory
- The job is full time job + willingness to work overtime.
