Production Team Leader  

Job description:
  • Responsibility of safety at work area
  • Work plan: part of building, execution (full success), closing the gaps & reporting.
  • Prioritizing the work to the team.
  • Leading daily meetings of production performances and closing gaps (production & planning).
  • Responsible for material availability in the production lines.
  • Responsibility of DL training: planning, cross-training, avoiding of OOK and tracking.
  • DL Management (work schedule, transportation etc.
  • Repeated reports: daily, weekly, monthly, quarterly, and yearly.
  • Part of MRB team.
  • Working with Lean methos: 5S, process improvements, reduce the yield-loss and continuing improvements.
  • Team representative of turn-to-production.
  • Working with Engineering, Maintenance, Planning, QA, R&D etc.
  • Support Problem solving /Troubleshooting.
Requirements:
  • Education as a Industrial engineering / mechanical / electronics – an advantage
  • 2-4 years of experience leading a production team.
  • Ability to motivate employees.
  • Excellent interpersonal.
  • Reading work instructions and drawings – mandatory
  • Experience with working with computers and software such as: ERP – Priority, Excel.
  • Technical English – Mandatory
  • The job is full time job + willingness to work overtime.
