Dr. Ilan Hadar

Dr. Ilan Hadar is the President and CEO of Nanomotion Ltd. Ilan joined Nanomotion in 2005 from Kulicke & Soffa (K&S), where he spent 11 years in Operational, Engineering and Marketing Management positions both in Israel and Singapore. His last position at K&S was the Vice President and General Manager of the Materials Business Unit. Dr. Hadar received a B.Sc., M.Sc, and Ph.D. in Aerospace Engineering from the Technion, the Israel institute of Technology, Haifa, Israel.

Dr. Nir Karasikov

Senior Vice President & Vice President of Research & Development

Dr. Nir Karasikov is Nanomotion's senior Vice President, and Vice President of Research and Development. Dr. Karasikov joined Nanomotion in 1997. Prior to joining Nanomotion, Dr. Karasikov was involved for many years in various hi tech industries, leading the development of infrared systems, electro-optic systems, laser based metrology systems, security systems, image analysis systems and precision mechanical systems for microscopy. Dr. Karasikov has vast experience in developing and introducing new pioneering technologies into the market and in collaboration with major worldwide corporations. Since achieving his Doctorate in Material Science and Solid State Physics from the Technion, Dr. Karasikov has authored over 20 articles in his field, and has invented and patented applications in electro-optics, inspection and piezoelectric related fields.

Arnon Kalet

Arnon Kalet is Nanomotion's Vice President of Operations. Arnon joined Nanomotion in 2007; coming from US- based Antares Advanced Test Technologies, where he held the position of Business Unit Director. Prior to this, Arnon held marketing management and project management positions at Kulicke and Soffa and Comverse Network Systems, both in the United States and Israel. Arnon received his Bsc. in mechanical engineering from Tel Aviv University, Israel.

Alan Feinstein

Vice President of International Sales

Alan Feinstein is the Vice President of International Sales for Nanomotion Ltd., and the President of Nanomotion Inc. in the USA. Alan joined Nanomotion in 2001, bringing with him 25 years experience in the Motion Control industry, providing sales and engineering support for the application of component level products to complete systems. Previous to Nanomotion, Alan held many high level positions in the motion control industry, including National Sales Manager for Micro Slides Inc., President of the Micro Slides division and Vice President of Anorad Corporation, and Vice President of Technology for Bayside Motion Group. Alan holds four patents in the area of motion control, including Contactless Power Systems, Linear Guide Systems and Slide Assemblies for preloading roller bearings. In addition to a B.S. in Business Management with a Minor in Mathematics and Economics, Alan also participated in executive education at Columbia University, MIT and Harvard, and has received a Certificate of Appreciation from NASA, Johnson Space Center for his work in the design of a new bearing used on the Space Shuttle.

Corinne Ben Arie

Chief Financial Officer and Human Resources Manager

Corinne Ben Arie is Nanomotion's Chief Financial Officer and Manager of HR. She is responsible for all the financial and HR activities at both Nanomotion Ltd and Nanomotion Inc. Corinne joined Nanomotion in June, 2000, from Philips Medical (previously Marconi), where she headed the Financial Department. Prior to Philips Medical, Corinne worked 11 years at Elscint as the Corporate Finance Department Leader, responsible for budgeting and cost accounting control for Israel and all subsidiaries. Corinne received a BA in Economics from the Hebrew University in Jerusalem in 1985.
